Group Health Insurance
We provide insurance to members of a formal group such as employees of a firm or members of an association. Group insurance is distinguished from individual insurance in which single policies are sold to one person at a time and from social insurance (e.g., unemployment insurance, social security), which is sponsored by the government.
Because every group is different, we take the time to find the right plan for your group. For a Consumer Guide To Group Health Insurance from the National Association of Health Underwriters, "America's Benefits Specialists", click here.
To find out more information, or just check out the rates for group health insurance, fill out our no obligation group health insurance quote form or for more detailed information, our group health census form in Microsoft Excel. We prefer the group health census form because it can be completed, saved and emailed to us as a file attachment to info@healthlifegroup.com. We can then take your completed form and email it to a variety of qualified insurance companies for accurate quotations, which we can email to you usually within 72 hours.

The Healthcare Blue Book is a free consumer guide to help you determine fair prices in your area for healthcare services. If you pay for your own healthcare, have a high deductible or need a service your insurance does not fully cover, we can help. The Blue Book will help you find fair prices for surgery, hospital stays, doctor visits, medical tests and much more.
A new reference service - Georgia Hospital Price Check (http://www.gahospitalpricecheck.com) enables you to find basic, hospital specific information about services and charges for most of Georgia's hospitals. The basic search lets you check charges and information for about 64 types of conditions, representing about half of all hospital stays in Georgia. The advanced search offers you the ability to obtain information about all types of hospital stays in Georgia, including those found in the basic search. Please contact your insurer to determine how much of the charge will be paid under your policy for the service selected.
